This is my favourite and go-to recipe for some deliciously easy granola! It’s super healthy as it’s loaded with superfoods and is easy as it only takes 20 minutes to bake! I love to store it in a jar since it lasts a long time and then have it for breakfast served with some vegan milk/yogurt, fruit, as a healthy snack or sprinkle it as a topping. It’s so versatile and the perfect breakfast when you don’t have time. You can also use gluten-free oats and it’s much healthier (and yummier in my opinion) than store-bought versions!

2 cups rolled or old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if you like)
1/4 cup almond flakes
1/4 chopped walnuts
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp ground flaxseed (or whole)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp agave
1/4 cup sweet dried fruit chopped (e.g. apricot, apple, pineapple, dates, mango, banana, figs, mulberries)
2 tbsp coconut flakes

    1. Yeah, she just used agave because it’s a vegan recipe, but if you’re not
vegan you can totally use honey.
