Your Superfoods:


Acai Bowl:
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Your Super Foods “Forever Beautiful” mix
1/2 packet frozen acai concentrate (optional)
handful frozen strawberries
2 frozen bananas

1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 medium white potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds
1 tsp oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley

2 handfuls of greens
1 tsp hummus
1 tsp vegan mayo
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp maple syrup
water to thin it out
sprinkle of coconut bacon

Honeydew Sorbet:
1 medium honeydew melon, peeled, chopped and frozen
1/4 cup liquid sweetener
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp lime juice

1/3 box fettuccine
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
3 mushrooms, sliced
coconut bacon (or other bacon substitute)
1/2 tomato, diced
salt/pepper to taste
avocado stars (optional)
